Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, you will also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address to have your item(s) sent back to, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not able to accept returns on Catnip Kickers for health and safety reasons.
Custom ordered items are not eligible for return.
We can not accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How long until my order is shipped?
We process orders as quickly as possible. Most items on our website are one of a kind and ready to ship. Ready to ship items will be shipped 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Made to order items take 4-6 business days. Custom items will ship within 1-2 weeks based on availability of the item ordered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout.
Local delivery is available for a flat rate regardless of the order weight or total. If your shipping location is within our delivery area (Lake County, OH) local delivery will appear as an option at checkout. Delivery fee varies slightly based on location.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note, weekends and holidays may cause a delay in tracking information being updated.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at breehappydesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
