How long until my order is shipped?

We process orders as quickly as possible. Most items on our website are one of a kind and ready to ship. Ready to ship items will be shipped 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Made to order items take about 8 business days. Busier times such as during October-December may have a slightly delayed processing time due to a higher influx of orders. Please note, processing time does not include transit time. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout.

Local delivery is available for a flat rate regardless of the order weight or total. If your shipping location is within our delivery area (Lake County, OH) local delivery will appear as an option at checkout. Delivery fee varies slightly based on location, free delivery within Mentor, OH.

How do I check the status of my order?

Processing from the time the order is placed is about 8 business days while we hand dye and create your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note, weekends and holidays may cause a delay in tracking information being updated.
